Spine is a predilection for bone metastases, autopsy confirmed that 70% of bone metastases occurred in the spine. This study retrospectively analyzed the CT features of 42 cases of clinically and pathologically confirmed spinal metastases in order to further improve the diagnosis of the disease. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information 42 patients in this group, 27 males and 15 females.
