从主要呈现肝肾坏死症的翘嘴鳜病灶部位分离到 9个菌株 ,其中 3个菌株能通过人工感染在正常翘嘴鳜上复制出与自然发病相同的症状。用直接荧光抗体法对致病菌株的鉴定结果表明 ,本研究中分离的 3个菌株均不同于过去从患病翘嘴鳜上已经分离到的柱状嗜纤维菌 (Cytophagacolumnaris)和嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonashydrophila)。
Nine strains were isolated from the lessened part of the Cichlium nipponensis, which mainly showed liver and kidney necrosis. Three of the three strains could replicate the same symptom of normal incidence in normal Culter alburnii by artificial infection. The results of direct fluorescent antibody assay on pathogenic bacteria showed that the three strains isolated in this study were different from those of Cytophagacylumnaris and Hydatidocyst Aeromonashydrophila.
