In order to find a way to effectively inhibit NOx and N2O emissions from the fluidized bed. Research was conducted on the co-firing of biomass with fuel (wood chips) on a small, laboratory-scale bubbling fluidized bed. The results show that the combustion of wood chips with coal can effectively reduce the emission of NOx and N2O, and also found that the reduction of NOx and N2O is related to the mixing ratio. The greater the proportion of wood chips, the greater the degree of reduction, but with increasing temperature. The degree of reduction has declined. The reasons for the reduction of NOx / N2O emissions from the mixture of wood chips and coal are discussed.
