目的:探讨不同年级军医大学学员的感知学习风格差异。方法:应用VARK 7.0版本,调查某军医大学所有在校学员的学习风格。结果:14个年级学员的学习风格类型比较未见统计学差异(χ2=14.688,P=0.100),比例较高的是单一学习风格、四重学习风格;24个年级单一倾向学员的学习风格强弱未见统计学差异(χ2=1.630,P=0.950),比例最高的是强度一般;34个年级单一倾向学员的学习风格类型分布有统计学差异(χ2=28.606,P=0.001),随着年级的升高,单一学习风格的学员属于“V”的比例逐渐上升,而属于“K”的比例出现曲线波动。结论:军医大学各年级学员均以单一、四重倾向的学习风格为主;单一学习风格中运动实践型最多,视觉型最少。随着年级的升高,单一学习风格的学员在类型分布上有变化,而在强度上没有变化。
Objective: To explore the difference of perceived learning styles of military medical students in different grades. Methods: VARK version 7.0 was used to investigate the learning styles of all students in a military medical university. Results: There was no significant difference in the types of learning styles among the 14 grade students (χ2 = 14.688, P = 0.100). The single higher learning style and the quadruple learning style were the most common types of learning styles. (Χ2 = 1.630, P = 0.950). The highest proportion was in intensity. There was a statistically significant difference in the type of learning styles among the 34 single grade students (χ2 = 28.606, P = 0.001) As the grade increases, the proportion of single learning style students who belong to “V” gradually increases, while the proportion that belongs to “K” fluctuates. Conclusion: The students of all levels of military medical college are predominately single and quadruple tendency of learning style. The single learning style has the most practice and the least vision. As the grade increases, the single learning style learners vary in type distribution with no change in intensity.
