在第四方物流(4PL)承担多个供需点对之间物流配送任务情况下,考虑物流配送的时效性,研究带硬时间窗的4PL 多到多网络设计问题.建立了4PL 多到多网络设计优化模型,在满足硬时间窗约束的条件下,最小化总物流成本.根据问题模型特点,设计迭代局部搜索(ILS)算法求解.最后,通过仿真实验对不同规模的算例求解来测试ILS 算法的性能,并分析不同时间窗对决策的影响.实验结果表明模型具有合理性,并且ILS 算法能够对问题进行有效求解.“,”In the situation that 4PL takes the logistics distribution tasks between many supply-demand pairs, with the timeliness of logistics distribution considered, the problem of fourth party logistics (4PL) many-to-many network design with hard time window is studied. An optimization model of 4PL many-to-many network design is formulated, which minimizes the total logistics costs, subjective to the constraint of hard time window. According to the characteristic of the model of the problem, an iterated local search (ILS) algorithm is developed to solve it. Finally, several simulation experiments for the instances of different sizes are executed to test the effectiveness of the ILS algorithm, and then the effect of different time windows to decision is analyzed. The results of the experiments indicate that the model is suitable and ILS algorithm can solve the problem effectively.
