四川气田含H2S和CO2的天然气管道内壁腐蚀环境恶劣、腐蚀情况较为严重。气田从开发生产以来已发生过数十起因管内腐蚀引起的输气管道爆破事故,造成了很大的损失,影响了气田的安全生产。采用内防腐涂层是抑制管道内壁腐蚀的有效手段。氢渗透检测技术可通过在现场监测涂层膜下腐蚀反应产生的氢渗透电流的变化情况,综合评价实际工况条件下介质的腐蚀性和管道内防腐涂层的性能。利用该技术,在四川气田川西北矿区含H2S天然气管道上对耐H2S、CO2专用内防腐涂料的防腐效果进行了分析、评价。
The inner wall of natural gas pipeline containing H2S and CO2 in Sichuan gas field has bad corrosion environment and serious corrosion. Since the development and production of the gas field, dozens of gas pipeline explosion accidents caused by tube corrosion have occurred, causing great losses and affecting the gas field safety production. The use of anti-corrosion coating is to inhibit the corrosion of the pipe wall is an effective means. Hydrogen permeation detection technology can monitor the change of hydrogen permeation current caused by the corrosion reaction under the coating film in the field and comprehensively evaluate the corrosion resistance of the medium and the performance of the anticorrosive coating in the pipeline under the actual working conditions. Using this technology, the anticorrosive effect of H2S and CO2-specific internal anticorrosive coatings on the H2S natural gas pipeline in the northwestern Sichuan Sichuan gas field was analyzed and evaluated.
