检察机关财务管理是检务保障工作中所有经济事项的交汇点,与全体检察人员和检察工作密切相关。检察机关财务机构设置的合理与否,关系到检察机关财务管理工作的质量和水平。因此,合理设置检察机关的财务机构,对全面提高检察机关的依法理财、科学理财、民主理财的水平至关重要。加强检察机关财务机构的合理设置,为全面深化司法体制改革、服务保障检察事业科学发展提供了有力保障,对保障检察机关依法独立公正行使检察权,推动检察工作科学发展具有重要意义。
The financial management of procuratorial organs is the meeting point of all economic matters in the work of quarantine and security and is closely related to all prosecutors and procurators. The reasonableness of the establishment of the financial institutions of the procuratorial organs relates to the quality and level of the financial management of procuratorial organs.
