微波烧结炉驱动电源是用来驱动磁控管的,采用PWM脉宽调制技术,通过调节PWM信号占空比实现对系统输出功率的调节。PWM信号由以ATm ega16系列单片机为核心的电路产生,电路利用PID算法实现对PWM占空比的精确调节,通过串口与上位机通信。利用Visual C++6.0开发上位机软件,可实现温度曲线设置、烧结曲线的实时绘制与保存,PID参数设置等功能。对氧化锌压敏电阻进行了烧结,结果表明,由该电源组成的系统烧结效果优于传统烧结。
Microwave sintering furnace drive power is used to drive the magnetron, the use of PWM pulse width modulation technology, by adjusting the PWM signal duty cycle to achieve the system output power adjustment. PWM signal from the ATm ega16 series of microcontrollers as the core of the circuit generated by the use of PID algorithm to achieve accurate PWM duty cycle regulator, communication through the serial port and the host computer. The use of Visual C + +6.0 development of PC software, temperature curve can be set to achieve the sinuous curve of real-time mapping and preservation, PID parameter settings and other functions. The zinc oxide varistor was sintered, the results show that the system composed of the power sintering better than the traditional sintering.
