养路工人罹患尘肺病已有报道。为了解我县养路工人健康状况,于1985年12月对全县养路系统职工进行了调查,结果发现沙眼病患者较突出,现将结果报告如下。共体检135人,发现沙眼病57例,占42.2%,其中Ⅰ+～Ⅱ++沙眼53例,Ⅱ+4例。57例沙眼患者多为道工,与其它工种患病率有显著差別(X~2=4.18,P<0.05),患病率有随工龄增加而增加的趋势(X~2=6.04,P<0.05);与公路段附近的无线电二厂相比
Road maintenance workers suffering from pneumoconiosis have been reported. In order to understand the health status of road maintenance workers in our county, a survey was carried out on the staff of the road maintenance system in December 1985 in the county. Results showed that the patients with trachoma were more prominent. The results are reported as follows. A total of 135 physical examination found 57 cases of trachoma, accounting for 42.2%, of which 53 cases of Ⅰ + ~ Ⅱ + + trachoma, Ⅱ +4 cases. The prevalence of trachoma in 57 cases was more than that in other trades (X ~ 2 = 4.18, P <0.05). The prevalence increased with the increase of working age (X ~ 2 = 6.04, P < 0.05); compared with the radio plant near the highway section
