目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在诊断胎儿颅内Galen静脉瘤的价值,旨在降低了围产儿的死亡率。方法在2006年6月至2014年9月进行常规及系统产科超声检查的孕妇,对诊断为胎儿颅内Galen静脉瘤的2例孕妇进行回顾性分析。结果超声检查发现2例胎儿颅内脑中线附近,第三脑室后方及后颅窝池内探及一囊性无回声结构。CDFI显示病灶内彩色血流信号,脉冲多普勒为双相湍流静脉频谱。结论彩色多普勒超声检查是产前诊断胎儿颅内Galen静脉瘤的重要检查手段,可为临床提供更多、更有价值的诊断信息。
Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of intracranial Galen venous aneurysm, and to reduce the perinatal mortality. Methods From June 2006 to September 2014, two pregnant women diagnosed as fetal intracranial Galen’s aneurysm were retrospectively analyzed by routine and systematic obstetric ultrasonography. Results Ultrasound examination revealed two cases of fetal intracranial brain in the vicinity of the midline, the rear of the third ventricle and posterior fossa pool exploration and a cystic anechoic structure. CDFI showed color flow within the lesion signal, pulse Doppler biphasic turbulence venous spectrum. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography is an important method of prenatal diagnosis of intracranial Galen’s aneurysm, which can provide more and more valuable diagnostic information for clinic.
