在全俄内燃机车科学研究院研制的试验台上可以模拟实际工作条件,进行摩擦式、液压和气动减振器的功能特性试验,从而研究无因次阻尼系数对减振系统的影响。装车试验的结果表明,气动减振器工作可靠、技术寿命长、成本低、密封性和可修性好,可使机车动力学指标得到改善,轮轨相互作用力和轮箍、轮缘磨耗降低。同时指出,在高速机车上装用现代化的减振系统比把线路保养到理想状态更为有利,气动减振器能够而且应该成为俄罗斯铁路机车建立和优化减振系统的主要部件。
The test bench developed by All-Russia Diesel Locomotive Research Institute can simulate the actual working conditions and test the functional characteristics of frictional, hydraulic and pneumatic shock absorbers to study the influence of non-dimensional damping coefficient on the vibration-damping system. The results of the loading test show that the pneumatic shock absorber has the advantages of reliable operation, long service life, low cost, good sealing and repairable properties, improved locomotive dynamic index, wheel-rail interaction force, wheel rim and wheel flange wear reduce. At the same time, it is pointed out that it is more advantageous to equip the high-speed locomotive with a modern vibration-damping system than to maintain the line to an ideal condition. The pneumatic shock absorber can and should become the main component of the Russian railway locomotive to establish and optimize the vibration-damping system.
