“Workers’ Daily”, the 3rd edition of November 30, 2000, the headline of the “News Commentary” editorial entitled “Can We Hold the Moral Bottom Line ?,” discusses “the main route of transmission of AIDS” and “ Is closely related to the fall ”when there is such a sentence:“ Prostitution, prostitution, even in history, but also for the people ashamed, but today quietly debut around, this is not called the moral decline? ”Here “Shameless” term, I think “newspaper commentator” understanding is wrong. Check “Modern Chinese Dictionary” (Revised), there is no “shame” the word, there are “inattentive” entries. When “no teeth” is explained as “do not want to mention, said contempt: people ~.” This meaning, just in line with “we can hold the moral bottom line?” One article on the meaning of “prostitution, prostitution, even in history, but also for people” unwilling to mention (contempt).
