政府岗位廉政风险评估是政府部门廉政风险防控机制建设的重要课题。本文利用遗传算法计算出各二级指标的权重,运用模糊数学方法构造政府岗位廉政风险的评估模型。该法考虑到各级指标界限的模糊性,较好的继承了模糊数学应用于评估方面的优点。最后对实例进行计算和评价,验证该评估方法具有可行性。
The assessment of honest corruption in government positions is an important issue for the construction of prevention and control mechanisms for clean government risks. In this paper, genetic algorithm is used to calculate the weight of each second-level index, and fuzzy mathematics method is used to construct the evaluation model of the government integrity risk. The law takes into account the ambiguity of the boundaries of indicators at all levels and better inherits the advantages of fuzzy mathematics in assessment. Finally, the calculation and evaluation of the examples to verify the feasibility of the assessment method.
