为了解不同年龄段的公众对转基因食品的认知程度和消费观,自2017年6月至8月进行问卷调查。调查问卷内容分为受访者的人口学特征及其对转基因食品认知程度,接受程度及其消费观。结果表明,13.2%的受访者对转基因食品很不了解,61.7%的受访者对转基因食品基本了解。受访者对转基因的了解程度表现出与其学历呈正比。网络及微信为受访者了解转基因食品的重要途径。应加强对转基因食品的宣传力度,加强转基因食品的标识管理和制度,并保证食品安全和保障消费者的知情权。
In order to understand the public awareness of GM foods at different age groups and consumer attitudes, a questionnaire survey was conducted from June to August 2017. Questionnaire content is divided into the demographic characteristics of respondents and their awareness of genetically modified foods, acceptance and consumption perspective. The results showed that 13.2% of the respondents did not understand genetically modified foods, 61.7% of respondents basically understand the genetically modified foods. Respondents’ level of understanding of GM is proportional to their degree. Network and WeChat are important ways for respondents to understand genetically modified foods. The promotion of genetically modified foods should be strengthened to strengthen the labeling management and system of genetically modified foods, and to ensure food safety and protect the consumers’ right to information.
