目的了解5年制师范生的心理健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对唐山师院玉田分校1~5年级1079名师范生进行调查。结果在躯体症状、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、敌意、妄想和精神病性方面存在性别差异(t=-3.71,-4.85,-3.67,-7.42,4.18,4.25;P<0.001和t=2.47,P<0.05)。不同年级学生在躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌意、恐怖、妄想、精神病性9个因子上存在显著的差异(F=8.77,16.75,16.71,10.29,7.28,16.89,26.79,12.40,22.30;P<0.001)。结论女生更容易出现躯体症状、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖,男生更容易出现敌意、妄想、精神病性;二年级学生心理健康状况最差,应是心理健康教育的重点。
Objective To understand the mental health status of 5-year normal students. Methods A total of 1079 students from Grade 1 to 5 in Yutian branch of Tangshan Teachers College were investigated by Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90). Results There were gender differences in somatic symptoms, depression, anxiety, horror, hostility, delusions and psychosis (t = -3.71, -4.85, -3.67, -7.42, 4.18, 4.25; P <0.001 and t = 0.05). There were significant differences in nine factors of somatization, coercion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, paranoia and psychosis in different grades (F = 8.77,16.75,16.71,10.29,7.28,16.89,26.79,12.40 , 22.30; P <0.001). Conclusions Female students are more likely to experience somatic symptoms, depression, anxiety and horror. Men are more likely to be hostile, delusional and psychotic. The worst mental health of second grade students should be the focus of mental health education.
