水杨酸是一种用途极广的消毒防腐剂,水杨酸钠是其盐类,其可以在水溶液中水解,由于目前生乳中人为添加水杨酸、水杨酸钠来促使延长生乳的保质期,导致生乳的质量下降。结合以上原因我们对生乳中水杨酸、水杨酸钠的检测进行了方法的研究,通过实验数据找出更加适宜的检验方法来快速检测生乳中的水杨酸、水杨酸钠含量的测定。利用水杨酸、水杨酸钠水解产物与三氯化铁水溶液生成特殊的紫色络合物,根据颜色反应,可判定原奶中是否掺有水杨酸或水杨酸钠。

The use of salicylic acid, sodium salicylate hydrolyzate and ferric chloride aqueous solution to generate a special purple complex, according to the color reaction, can determine whether the original milk mixed with salicylic acid or sodium salicylate.
