目的探讨端粒酶hTRT mRNA在口腔癌前病变中的表达相关性。方法采用原位杂交方法检测病变组织中hTRT mRNA的表达水平。其中非典型增生18例、单纯性增生5例、肿瘤周围邻近组织5例、正常口腔黏膜2例,共30例口腔病理标本。结果55.6%非典型增生(10/18)、20%单纯性增生(1/5)、20%肿瘤周围邻近组织(1/5)、0%正常口腔黏膜(0/2)端粒酶hTRT mRNA显示阳性表达。其中重度非典型增生与轻度及中度非典型增生之间端粒酶hTRT mRNA表达差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论端粒酶hTRT mRNA在口腔癌前病变中有表达,端粒酶活性的激活可能发生在口腔癌前病变晚期,其活性的激活是口腔癌前病变恶变及恶性肿瘤形成的重要因素。
Objective To investigate the expression of telomerase hTRT mRNA in oral precancerous lesions. Methods The expression of hTRT mRNA in diseased tissues was detected by in situ hybridization. Among them, there were 18 cases of atypical hyperplasia, 5 cases of simple hyperplasia, 5 cases of adjacent tissues around the tumor, 2 cases of normal oral mucosa and 30 cases of oral pathological specimens. RESULTS: Telomerase hTRT mRNA expression was found in 55.6% of patients with atypical hyperplasia (10/18), 20% of simple hyperplasia (1/5), 20% of adjacent tissues (1/5) and 0% of normal oral mucosa Positive expression is shown. There was significant difference in hTRT mRNA expression between severe atypical hyperplasia and mild and moderate atypical hyperplasia (P <0.05). Conclusion Telomerase hTRT mRNA is expressed in oral precancerous lesions. The activation of telomerase activity may occur in the late stages of oral precancerous lesions. The activation of telomerase activity may be an important factor in the malignant transformation of oral precancerous lesions and malignant tumors.
