“自主学习”是《语文课程标准》的一个重要理念,也是近几年老师们思考讨论并探索的一个重要课题。在我看来,所谓“自主学习”,通俗地说,就是把学习的主动权还给学生,真正把学习当成学生自己的事。但在实践过程中,却不是简单地让学生自己读书或上台表演表演就了事,而是有许多问题值得思考和探索:“自主学习”的起点是什么?自主学习有哪些形式?师生关系如何处理?自主学习是不是就不需要教师的指导?如果需要,那么教师又如何指导?自主学习对教师提出了什么新的要求?……对这些问题,今天的“茶客”们都会有自己的见解。上海从来都是中国教育改革的前沿阵地,而作为从属于建平教育集团的上海建平实验学校,近几年在新课程改革中,更是迈出了坚实的步伐,并取得了突出的成绩。今天,该校语文组的老师们光临茶馆,他们中的谭淑云、李百艳等老师都是在全国已崭露头角的名师。他们的讨论,会把我们对“自主学习”的思考引向深入。

What new requirements are self-learning made for teachers?... For these problems, today’s “tears” will have their own Insights. Shanghai has always been the forefront of China’s education reform. As the Shanghai Jianping experimental school subordinate to the Jianping Education Group, in recent years, it has taken firm steps and achieved outstanding results in the new curriculum reform. . Today, the teachers of the language group of the school visited the teahouse. Among them, teachers such as Tan Shuyun and Li Baiyan were among the best known teachers in the country. Their discussion will lead us to deepen our thinking about “self-learning.”
