目的评价实时灰阶谐波超声造影在诊断兔肾动脉狭窄模型中肾动脉狭窄的价值。方法手术建立10只兔肾动脉狭窄的模型,其中6只右肾动脉,4只左肾动脉。兔造模前接受常规超声检查;造模后,接受常规超声检查及灰阶谐波超声造影检查。其结果与数字减影血管造影检查对照。结果谐波超声造影检查肾动脉狭窄24%~69%的4只,70%~89%的5只,1只兔子因麻醉过深而死亡;数字减影血管造影证实肾动脉狭窄31%~64%4只,71%~93%的5只;两者有很好的相关性(r=0.97)。结论实时灰阶谐波超声造影显示的管腔结构较二维及彩色多普勒超声等检查更接近于实际管腔,有望成为判断肾动脉狭窄程度的新方法。
Objective To evaluate the value of real-time grayscale harmonic contrast echocardiography in the diagnosis of renal artery stenosis in rabbit renal artery stenosis model. Methods Ten rabbits with renal artery stenosis were established by surgery. There were 6 right renal arteries and 4 left renal arteries. The rabbits were subjected to conventional ultrasound examination before modeling; after modeling, routine ultrasound examination and grayscale harmonic contrast echocardiography were performed. The results of digital subtraction angiography control. Results Harmonic contrast echocardiography was performed in 4 of 70% to 89% of renal artery stenoses and 5 of 70% to 89% of renal artery stenoses. One rabbit died of deep anesthesia. Digital subtraction angiography showed that renal artery stenosis was 31% ~ 64 % 4, 71% ~ 93% of 5; there is a good correlation between the two (r = 0.97). Conclusion Real-time gray-scale harmonic contrast echocardiography shows that the lumen structure is closer to the actual lumen than two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound, which is expected to become a new method to judge the degree of renal artery stenosis.
