经反复动物试验证实,肝素能促进侧支循环发达,1985年12月作者把“肝素运动疗法”应用于临床。1983~1985年,作者在美国密苏里大学道尔顿研究所完成了使狗冠脉侧支循环发达的动物模型实验。方法是每小时使冠脉闭塞2分钟,以期缺血部位的侧支循环发达,大约经150次冠脉闭塞,结果形成了充分的侧支循环。1982年,在自然杂志曾报告肝素有助于应用癌细胞产生血管新生因子的作用,使用上述试验模型证实,肝素有促进冠脉侧支循环发达的作用。作者以劳力型心绞痛为观察对象,并将“肝素运动疗法”
After repeated animal experiments confirmed that heparin can promote the development of collateral circulation, in December 1985 the author of “Heparin exercise therapy” in clinical. From 1983 to 1985, the author completed an animal model experiment in which the coronary collateral circulation in dogs was developed at the Dalton Institute of the University of Missouri. The method is to make the coronary artery occlusion for 2 minutes every hour, in order to ischemic site collateral circulation developed about 150 times the coronary occlusion, resulting in the formation of adequate collateral circulation. In 1982, it was reported in the natural journal that heparin helps to apply angiogenic factors to cancer cells.
