古比雪夫座标镗床厂对座标镗床主轴的三种设计方案(图1)进行过实验研究。在方案 a 中,采用自制的内圈和外圈有圆柱孔的单列径向滚柱轴承作为主轴的上、下支承。内圈和外圈的滚道和主轴与套筒一起经过配研。滚柱的直径经过仔细的选配,以保证需要的间隙 e(注:文中具正号的 e 代表公隙,具负号的 e 代表公盈)。在σ、B 两种方案中采用3182100型内圈有锥孔的双列滚柱轴承。三种设计方案中都用了8100型推力球轴承,a、σ两种方案中用作上支承,B 方案中用作下支承。各方案中所用的标准型轴承,均比ΓОСТ520—55规定的 c 级轴承的精度高。

In the σ, B two programs using 3182100-type tapered bore double row roller bearings. Three designs are used in the 8100-type thrust ball bearings, a, σ two programs for the upper bearing, B program used as the next support. The standard bearings used in various programs are higher than the ГОСТ520-55 c-class bearings specified accuracy.
