在体育运动中,造成人体组织或器官在解剖上的破坏和生理上的紊乱称为运动损伤。学生精力充沛,热爱运动,积极参与各项体育运动,但是运动损伤也经常发生,尤其在运动竞赛和课外体育锻炼中。学生运动损伤发生概率最高的是软组织挫伤,其中肌肉挫伤所占比例最高,其次为韧带、肌肉拉伤、骨折和脱臼、脑震荡及其他损伤。皮肤擦伤也占较大比例。学生运动损伤的发生特点:男生的运动损伤比例明显高于女生;年龄越大,发生运动损伤的比例就越高;运动损伤与运动项目的种类密切相关。一、学生发生运动损伤的常见原因1.准备活动不充分 In sports, causing anatomical damage to human tissues or organs and physiological disorders called sports injuries.
