为了治理粪便臭气污染,测定了猪粪好氧堆肥过程中NH_3和H_2S的释放量以及堆肥温度、pH值、含水率、水溶性铵态氮等指标。结果表明,NH_3在前20天释放量占总释放量的84.6%、H_2S在前13天释放量占总释放量的100%。因此,在堆肥初期的前20天是控制臭气的最佳时期。并从畜禽粪便、垃圾、土壤和堆肥中分离、纯化了一些微生物,经过初筛得到能利用NH_3的微生物41株,经过复筛得到脱除H_2S较好的细菌一株,与对照相比其去除率达85.7%,经鉴定该菌是松鼠葡萄球菌。
In order to control the stink odor, the release of NH_3 and H_2S during composting of aerobic pig manure and the compost temperature, pH, water content and water-soluble ammonium nitrogen were measured. The results showed that the release of NH_3 in the first 20 days accounted for 84.6% of the total release and the release of H_2S in the first 13 days accounted for 100% of the total release. Therefore, the first 20 days in the early days of compost control is the best time to smell. Some microorganisms were isolated and purified from livestock excrement, garbage, soil and compost. After primary screening, 41 strains of NH_3-utilizing microorganisms were obtained, and one strain with good H_2S removal was obtained by re-screening. Compared with the control, The removal rate of 85.7%, the bacteria was identified as Squirrel Staphylococcus.
