研究了测定条件对Fe Al Mg型混合金属氢氧化物 (简称MMH) /钠质蒙脱土 (简称MT)混合悬浮体及纯MT体系触变性的影响 ,主要考察了高速剪切分散后 ,剪切速率 (DL)对粘度 (η)~时间 (t)变化趋势的影响 .发现纯的MT体系和MMH/MT质量比 (R)为 0 .0 13的Fe Al Mg MMH/MT体系在所研究的DL 下 (10 ,170 ,5 11和 10 2 2s-1)都呈现为正触变性 ,DL 不影响触变性类型 .R =0 .0 5 1的体系 ,低DL 时 (10和 170s-1)呈现复合触变性 ,高DL 时 (5 11和10 2 2s-1)呈现正触变性 ;R =0 .0 91的体系在低DL 时 (10和 170s-1)呈现负触变性 ,在高DL 时 (5 11和 10 2 2s-1)呈现复合触变性 .DL 增加 ,各体系 η逐渐降低 .对DL 影响触变性的机理进行了深入探讨 .
The influence of measuring conditions on the thixotropy of Fe-Mg mixed metal hydroxides (MMH) / sodium montmorillonite (MT) mixed suspensions and pure MT systems was investigated. The effects of shear conditions The influence of shear rate (DL) on the trend of viscosity (η) ~ time (t) was studied. It was found that the Fe AlMgMH / MT system with pure MT and MMH / MT mass ratio (10, 170, 5 11, and 10 2 2s-1) exhibited positive thixotropy, while DL did not affect the thixotropic type. The system with R = 0.055 at low DL (10 and 170s -1 ) Exhibited thixotropic properties, showing positive thixotropy at high DL (5 11 and 10 2 2s-1), negative thixotropy at low DL (10 and 170s-1) DL (5 11 and 10 2 2s-1) showed compound thixotropy, DL increased, and each system η decreased gradually.The mechanism of thixotropy affecting DL was discussed in depth.
