目的探讨单次团体心理辅导对改善大学新生人际关系的效果。方法对海南大学三亚学院某分院2010级40名新生进行单次的团体心理辅导。采用青少年生活事件量表、交往焦虑量表、人际关系综合诊断量表,对团体辅导前后大学新生的人际事件应激量、交往焦虑、人际困扰的得分分别进行对比分析。结果大学新生交往焦虑的前测得分明显高于常模(t=2.218,P<0.05);团体辅导后大学新生人际事件应激量(t=-5.128,P<0.01)、交往焦虑(t=-3.463,P<0.01)和人际困扰(t=-2.836,P<0.01)得分较团体辅导之前有了明显的下降。结论单次团体辅导能有效地改善大学新生人际关系。
Objective To explore the effect of single group counseling on improving interpersonal relationships among college freshmen. Methods A single group counseling was conducted on 40 freshmen in Grade 2010 in Sanya College of Hainan University. Adolescent Life Events Scale, Interpersonal Anxiety Scale, and Interpersonal Relationship Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale were used to compare the interpersonal stress scores, interpersonal anxiety and interpersonal distress scores of college freshmen before and after counseling. Results The pretest scores of interpersonal anxiety in freshmen were significantly higher than those in the norm (t = 2.218, P <0.05). Interpersonal stress (t = -5.128, P <0.01) -3.463, P <0.01) and interpersonal distress (t = -2.836, P <0.01) had a significant decline before the group counseling. Conclusion Single group counseling can effectively improve interpersonal relationships among college freshmen.
