韧脆转变温度是衡量材料低温韧性好坏的重要指标,当管道在钢材的韧脆转变温度以上使用时不会发生脆性破坏。文中论述了通过夏比V型缺口的冲击、DWTT及COD试验测定管材的韧脆转变温度,试图建立用小试样测得转变温度与全尺寸管的实际转变温度间的相互关系。试验证实DWTT试验以75%~80%S_A定义的转变温度与全尺寸管裂纹扩展转变温度相近。
The ductile-brittle transition temperature is an important index to measure the material’s toughness at low temperature. When the ducts are used above the ductile-brittle transition temperature of the steel, the brittle failure will not occur. In this paper, the ductile-brittle transition temperature of the pipe is measured by Charpy V-notch impact, DWTT and COD test, trying to establish the relationship between the transition temperature and the actual temperature of the full-size pipe with a small sample. It is confirmed by experiment that the transition temperature defined by DWTT test with 75% -80% S_A is similar to the full-size pipe crack growth transition temperature.
