从1962年到现在我一直与车床打交道,算起来已有28年的车工工龄了。28年的车工生涯使我积累了6大本工作笔记,里面记载了我28年来在车床岗位上的足迹。由于这些笔记都与我的车床工作有关,我称它是我的“车工档案”。每天下了班写车工笔记已成为我多年来的习惯。一天工作完之后,我便将这天工作中所碰到的问题记录下来,从工艺到操作中所要注意的细节,从刀具的刃磨到切屑用量的选择,并附上草图,便于以后查看。里面当然还有我的心得体会,日积月累,就形成了满满六大本“车工档案”。“车工档案”在我的工作中还真起了不小的作用呢。1989年4季度,海军委托某造船厂建造新式
