自我超越是学习型组织建设的重要环节。在儒家文化中自我超越是修身、齐家、治国、平天下的前提,在儒家早期思想以及宋、明新儒学中都得到了充分的体现。把儒家文化中自我超越的模式运用到当代中国企业管理之中,为提高组织的各种能力发挥巨大的作用。通过探讨儒家文化的自我超越在管理中的应用,能够把当代西方学习型组织与东方文化有机结合,从而发掘更有效的东方管理路径。
Self-transcendence is an important part of learning organization. Self-transcendence in Confucianism is the precondition of cultivating oneself, keeping a good family, governing the country and everything else in the world, and has been fully reflected in the early Confucianism as well as in the Song and Ming Neo- Confucianism. Applying the model of self-transcendence in Confucianism to the management of contemporary Chinese enterprises has played a huge role in enhancing the various capabilities of the organization. By exploring the application of Confucianism’s self-transcendence in management, we can combine the contemporary Western learning organization with oriental culture and find out more effective oriental management path.
