目的:提取分析乳香挥发油成分,为乳香的外用制剂的研究提供科学依据。方法:提取乳香挥发油,通过GC-MS对其进行分析鉴定。结果:共鉴定出100种成分,占挥发油总量的91.26%。挥发油主要成分为乙酸辛酯、β-榄香烯等,还含有一定量的经皮吸收促进剂。结论:乳香挥发油的化学成分复杂;固有的经皮吸收促进剂为乳香外用剂型的使用提供可能性。
OBJECTIVE: To extract and analyze the constituents of volatile oil from Boswellia serrata, provide a scientific basis for the study of Boswellia serrata topical preparations. Methods: The essential oil of Boswellia serrata was extracted and identified by GC-MS. Results: A total of 100 components were identified, accounting for 91.26% of the total volatile oil. The main components of volatile oil, octyl acetate, β-elemene, also contains a certain amount of transdermal absorption enhancer. CONCLUSIONS: The chemical composition of Boswellia oil is complex and the inherent percutaneous absorption enhancer offers the possibility of using the Boswellia formula.
