静电场对西葫芦种子活力及幼苗生长的生物效应

本试验研究了静电场对西葫芦种子活力及幼苗生长发育的影响,试验结果表明,静电场强在200kv/m~400kv/m,处理时间在5~10min内,对西葫芦种子活力及幼苗生长发育均有促进作用,其中低场强短时间处理(200kv/m,5min)效果最好;高场强(800kv/m)短时间处理效果不明显,长时间处理无效果,甚至有抑制作用。 In this experiment, the effects of electrostatic field on seed vigor and seedling growth and development of zucchini were studied. The results showed that the electrostatic field strength was between 200kv / m ~ 400kv / m and the treatment time was within 5 ~ 10min. (200kv / m, 5min) was the best. The treatment effect of high field strength (800kv / m) for a short time was not obvious, and the treatment for a long time had no effect and even had the inhibitory effect.
