《劳动争议调解仲裁法》已于5月1日起正式实施。劳动争议处理直接关系广大职工的切身利益,关系劳动关系的和谐和社会的稳定。参与劳动争议处理是工会发挥协调劳动关系作用的重要方面,也是工会维护职工合法权益的有效途径和手段。为推动《劳动争议调解仲裁法》的贯彻实施,本刊邀请全国总工会法律工作部有关同志撰写文章,以帮助和指导各级工会干部做好参与劳动争议处理工作,及时、有效化解劳动争议,维护好职工合法权益,发展和谐稳定的劳动关系。
The Labor Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Law came into force on May 1. The handling of labor disputes has a direct bearing on the immediate interests of the broad masses of workers and the relationship between the harmonious labor relations and social stability. Participation in the handling of labor disputes is an important aspect of the trade union's role of coordinating labor relations and an effective way and means by which trade unions maintain the legitimate rights and interests of workers and staff. In order to promote the implementation of the “Labor Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Law,” the magazine invited relevant comrades of the Legal Work Department of the National Federation of Trade Unions to write articles to help and guide the trade union cadres at all levels to participate in the handling of labor disputes in a timely and effective manner to resolve labor disputes, Safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of staff and workers and developing harmonious and stable labor relations.
