目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)成像技术对牙列缺失颌骨的评价及测量参数对牙种植的应用价值。方法选取98例牙列缺损或缺失欲行牙种植的患者行16层螺旋CT扫描,将扫描数据传至工作站(GE workstation,AW4.2),对上、下颌骨行多种三维重建,并对图像进行分析、测量,最后对所测数据进行分析。结果 98例患者中,经MSCT多种后重建技术能清楚显示骨质的细微变化、骨密度和有无病变及病变的范围,清晰分辨与精细测量缺牙区与邻牙、上颌窦底、鼻腭管、下齿槽神经管及颏孔的距离,78例患者成功进行牙齿种植,20例因牙槽嵴过多吸收无法种植而放弃种植。结论 MSCT及多种后重组技术能对口腔种植术提供客观的评价及重要的指导价值。
Objective To evaluate the value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) imaging in the detection of dentition-deficit jaws and its application in dental implants. Methods A total of 98 patients with dental implants or missing teeth were selected for 16-slice spiral CT scan. The scan data were transmitted to a workstation (GE workstation, AW4.2) for multiple three-dimensional reconstruction of the upper and mandibles. Conclusion MSCT and multiple post-recombination techniques can provide objective evaluation and important guiding value for dental implant surgery.
