采用SIMI Motion3D运动图像解析系统对参加第12届全运会女子铅球前8名运动员的最后用力技术进行运动学研究,通过运动学的相关指标参数,分析第12届全运会女子铅球运动员的技术特点。结果表明:第12届全运会女子铅球运动员的最后用力准备加速阶段身体姿势规范,用力顺序合理,但制动效果不理想;在最后用力阶段,投掷臂能够维持在一个比较理想的位置,但铅球运行的距离较短,肌肉爆发用力不足。
