本文以沈清尘在抗战期间中央军校的工作为线索,论及在特定条件下培训军事人才的必要性。沈清尘,1921年赴法国勤工俭学并获机械工程师学位,1926年回国后不久即参加北伐战争并加入中国共产党。先后任职于国民革命军、中央军校政训处和军事委员会政治部政训处、中央军校、中央训练团等。在他的著作、文件资料及口述回忆录中提到抗战期间专职从事高级军事指挥的培训工作,从一个侧面反映了当时国家抵抗日本侵略、挽救民族于危难的精神和情景。
This article takes Shen Qingchen’s work in the Central Military Academy during the War of Resistance Against Japan as a clue and discusses the necessity of training military professionals under certain conditions. Shen Qingchen went to work-study in France in 1921 and obtained a degree of mechanical engineer. In 1926, he returned to China soon after joining the Northern Expedition and joined the Communist Party of China. He has served in the National Revolutionary Army, the Political and Military Training Institute of the Central Military Academy and Political Department of the Military Commission, Central Military Academy, the Central Training Corps and so on. In his books, documents and oral memoirs, he mentions the training of full time senior military commanders during the War of Resistance Against Japan. From one aspect, it reflects the current state’s resistance to Japan’s invasion and the rescue of the nation in times of crisis.
