将紫外二阶导教光谱法用于复方药物分析,取导数光谱特征,分别以振幅D及△A作为定量信息,用2种方法测定了中药复方制剂中合成鱼腥草素的含量,消除了样品基质的干扰,所得结果一致,标准曲线的相关系数分别为0.9994与0.9996,平均回收率分别为98.10%与96.31%。
The UV secondary spectroscopic method was used for compound drug analysis. Derivative spectral characteristics were used. The amplitudes D and △A were used as quantitative information. The content of Houttuyfonate synthesized in traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations was determined by two methods and eliminated. The interference of the sample matrix was consistent with the obtained results. The correlation coefficients of the standard curve were 0.9994 and 0.9996, respectively, and the average recoveries were 98.10% and 96.31%, respectively.
