介绍了立轴锥盘离心磨机的简单结构,工作原理及粉碎机理,进而阐明了该磨机的设计内容,相似模拟计算法的理论公式及实验室模型所得的设计依据。通过计算实例所得的理论数据与实物机型所测得的实际数值二者的比较,说明用散体力学的基本方程所导出相似模拟准则及相应的计算公式是可靠的,从而大大简化了这类磨机的设计计算工作,并给相类似的磨机提供设计途径。
The simple structure, working principle and crushing mechanism of vertical shaft cone mill are introduced. The design contents of the mill, the theoretical formula of similar simulation method and the design basis of the laboratory model are also expounded. Comparing the theoretical data obtained by the calculation example with the actual value measured by the actual model shows that the similarity simulation criterion derived from the basic equations of the stochastic mechanics and the corresponding calculation formulas are reliable and thus greatly simplified Mill design and calculation work, and to provide a similar approach to design mill.
