[目的]开发并建立医院护理会诊信息系统,为护理工作提供科学、客观、有效的数据和管理手段。[方法]根据我院护理会诊申请流程及管理要求设计研发护理会诊信息系统并在临床应用,设计时考虑尽量优化流程、简化护士填写内容,并跟踪会诊系统上线后临床应用效果。[结果]系统运行后,与使用护理会诊信息系统前相比,护士书写护理会诊单耗时及申请后等待时间明显缩短,护理会诊申请率及临床护理质量均明显提升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]护理会诊信息系统的开发和应用,有效提高了护理会诊工作效率和效果,为更好地解决病人的疑难护理问题提供了高效便捷的路径,从而促进专科护理质量的提升。
[Objective] To develop and establish a hospital nursing consultation information system to provide scientific, objective and effective data and management tools for nursing work. [Methods] According to our hospital nursing consultation application process and management requirements design and development of nursing consultation information system and clinical application, design, consider optimizing the process to simplify nurses to fill in the content, and tracking the clinical application of on-line consultation system effect. [Results] Compared with before using the consultation system, the waiting time of nursing attendants and the waiting time after application were significantly shortened, the application rate of nursing consultation and the quality of clinical nursing were significantly improved, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The development and application of nursing consultation information system can effectively improve the efficiency and effectiveness of nursing consultation and provide an efficient and convenient way to solve the difficult nursing problems of patients better, so as to promote the improvement of nursing quality.
