目的:建立白屈菜药材的质量标准。方法:采用甲醇提取,高效液相色谱法测定,以乙腈-1%三乙胺溶液(25∶75)(三乙胺溶液用磷酸调节PH至3.0)为流动相;检测波长268 nm。结果:白屈菜红碱进样量在0.051 6~0.516 0μg线性关系良好,r=1.000,平均加样回收率(n=6)103.0%,RSD 1.2%。供试品溶液在8 h内稳定,用不同色谱柱分析耐用性好。结论:所建立的分析方法简单、专属性强,结果可靠、准确。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of celandine herb. Methods: The mobile phase was acetonitrile-1% triethylamine solution (25:75) (triethylamine solution adjusted to pH 3.0 with phosphoric acid) by methanol extraction and high performance liquid chromatography. The detection wavelength was 268 nm. Results: The linear range of chelerythrine injection was 0.051 6-0.516 0 μg with r = 1.000, the average recovery was 103.0% (n = 6) and the RSD was 1.2%. The test solution was stable within 8 h, with a different column analysis of durability. Conclusion: The established analysis method is simple, specific and strong, the results are reliable and accurate.
