通过对湖南省小学科学课程师资现状的调查,发现目前湖南省小学科学教师专业化水平整体不高,专职化程度低,年龄结构不合理,教研活动机会少,职前培养与职后培训均有待加强。因此,为了让湖南省小学科学教育更好的发展,应该加强科学教师队伍的建设,设立专职岗位,加强科学教师职业认同感,注重科学教师职后教育和培训,增加科学教师外出学习、交流的机会,从而提高小学科学教师队伍的整体素质。
Through the investigation of the status quo of primary school science teachers in Hunan Province, it is found that the professional level of primary science teachers in Hunan Province is not high, the degree of professionalization is low, the age structure is irrational, there are few opportunities for teaching and research activities, and pre-service training and post-training are still waiting strengthen. Therefore, in order to make science education in primary schools in Hunan Province develop better, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of scientific teachers, establish full-time positions, strengthen the professional identity of science teachers, pay attention to post-teaching education and training of science teachers, and increase the out-going study and exchange of science teachers Opportunities to improve the overall quality of primary science teachers.
