少先队活动是少先队教育的基本途径和方法,设计好少先队活动是辅导员老师的基本能力。一个好的活动设计能反映辅导员老师的教育思想和辅导艺术,它既是一个个工作典型的缩影,又包含了很多共性的规律。少先队活动课的设计应符合的少先队活动课程的标准,以促进队员的发展、拓展活动的空间、提高活动的效果为目的,从“小”处入手,从“强”处落实,从“巧”处借力,只有这样才能构建起常态化的活动课模式,从而全面推进少先队活动课程化建设。
