胰岛素不依赖型(Ⅱ型)糖尿病患者,非酯化脂肪酸氧化速度增快,致使外周葡萄糖利用减少,糖原异生作用加速,肝输出葡萄糖增多,这有助于血糖水平增高。 8例型糖尿病,口服抗脂解药阿西莫司(acipimox,乐脂平)500mg,120~150分钟后,血浆非酯化脂肪酸浓度及血浆甘油浓度均下降(P<0.001,P<0.001),3-羟丁酸亦下降(P<0.05),说明脂解作用被明显抑制。脂质氧化速度下降38%(P<0.001),葡萄糖氧化速度则增加63%(P=0.02)。血清皮质醇(cortisol)增加168%(P=0.002),生长激素增加900%(P=0.04);血浆高血糖素增加46%(P=0.005),去甲肾上腺素增加
In insulin-independent (type II) diabetic patients, the rate of oxidation of non-esterified fatty acids is increased, resulting in reduced peripheral glucose utilization, accelerated gluconeogenesis, and increased hepatic glucose output, which contributes to increased blood glucose levels. 8 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus, acipimox (oral lepirudin) 500mg, after 120-150 minutes, the plasma non-esterified fatty acid concentration and plasma glycerol concentration decreased (P <0.001, P <0.001) , 3-hydroxybutyric acid also decreased (P <0.05), indicating that lipolysis was significantly inhibited. Lipid oxidation rate decreased 38% (P <0.001), glucose oxidation rate increased 63% (P = 0.02). Serum cortisol increased 168% (P = 0.002), growth hormone increased 900% (P = 0.04), plasma glucagon increased 46% (P = 0.005), norepinephrine increased
