目的探讨智能追踪技术中触发阈值对肾动脉CT血管造影图像质量及其分支显示的影响。方法105例患者随机分组,分别按触发阈值140~150HU(A)、150~160HU(B)、160~170HU(C)、170~180HU(D)、180~190HU(E)、190~200HU(F)、200~210HU(G)启动扫描,采用GE公司64层容积CT、按3ml/s的流率团注碘海醇300(300mgI/ml),其他扫描参数相同,数据传至工作站并重建。由2名经验丰富的影像医师对MIP图像记录和评分。所有数据资料均采用SPSS11.5软件统计分析。结果①图像质量:以D组和E组评分最高。②肾动脉分支的显示:以E组和F组肾动脉主干显示最佳;D组、E组和F组肾动脉主干和一级分支显示最佳:各组对二级、三级分支显示均不佳。结论Smart Prep技术中不同触发阈值对肾动脉CTA扫描质量有显著影响,触发阈值为170~190HU时图像质量最好、各级分支显示最佳。
Objective To investigate the effect of trigger threshold on the quality of renal artery CT angiography and its branch display in intelligent tracking. Methods A total of 105 patients were randomly divided into three groups according to the threshold of 140-150 HU (A), 150-160 HU (B), 160-170HU (C), 170-180HU (D), 180-190HU (E), 190-200HU F), 200 ~ 210HU (G) to start the scan, the use of GE’s 64-layer volume CT, according to the flow rate of 3ml / s injection Iohexol 300 (300mgI / ml), other scanning parameters are the same, the data is transmitted to the workstation and rebuild . (2) The display of renal artery branches: The renal arteries showed the best in group E and group F; the trunk and the primary branches of renal arteries in groups D, E and F showed the best: Poor. Conclusion Different trigger thresholds in Smart Prep technique have a significant impact on the quality of CTA scan. When the trigger threshold is 170 ~ 190HU, the image quality is the best and the branches at all levels are the best.
