一、民族干部人才培养的现状 由于我们党和国家对少数民族干部培养做了大量的工作,因而使少数民族干部队伍大批地、迅速地成长起来: 1、少数民族干部队伍不断壮大并形成梯次配置。少数民族干部队伍不断发展壮大,形成了包括党务、政务、经济、科技、文化、教育、卫生等方面人才的相当规模的队伍。从1950年的1万多人,到目前已达270多万人,占全国干部总数的6％左右。 2、一大批少数民族干部走上了各级
