任何一个民族都是一个独立的文化系统,每个文化系统都有自己的语言、价值观念和行为规范。日资企业文化摩擦产生的主要原因在于,生长于不同文化系统的中日双方员工因受到源于自身文化系统的“前判断”的影响而对对方的价值观念和行为做出错误的解读和评估。克服文化摩擦的基本思路在于努力克服自身文化系统的束缚,减少对对方的理解盲点,创造一种融合日本企业文化精髓与中国文化精神的全新的企业文化。
