对以02428DD/南京11配置的F2群体剑叶形态和单株产量等9个性状进行了相关分析和QTL定位。结果表明剑叶形态性状与部分产量性状呈现显著或极显著相关关系,共检测到6个性状的9个QTL,分布于6条染色体上,贡献率介于6.52%~16.65%,大于10%的位点有5个。其中剑叶长宽比qFLWR10与控制千粒重的qGW6初步确定为新QTL。以上研究结果可为叶片形态和产量性状QTL的精细定位及性状协同改良提供有益的信息。
Correlation analysis and QTL mapping were conducted on nine traits of flag leaf and single plant yield of F2 populations arranged at 02428DD / Nanjing11. The results showed that the morphological traits of flag leaf were significantly or extremely significantly correlated with some yield traits. Nine QTLs for six traits were detected and distributed on six chromosomes with the contribution rates ranging from 6.52% to 16.65% and greater than 10% There are 5 sites. The flag leaf aspect ratio qFLWR10 and the control of 1000-grain weight of qGW6 initially identified as a new QTL. The above results can provide useful information for the fine mapping of QTLs and synergistic improvement of traits in leaf morphological and yield traits.
