安灭菌是β-内酰胺酶抑制剂克拉维酸与羟氨苄青霉素的复合制剂。原粉由英国比切姆(Beecham)公司提供,由华北制药厂生产成粉针剂(每支含量为1.2g)。我们自1991年9月～1992年5月用本药治疗严重感染36例,均用多种常用抗生素无效后才使用本品。现报告结果如下:
