目的:探讨骨髓小粒在骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)诊断及MDS与再生障碍性贫血(AA)和增生性贫血鉴别诊断中的意义。方法:对20例MDS、20例AA、20例增生性贫血及20例正常人的骨髓小粒进行分析。结果:MDS骨髓小粒中造血细胞成分显著高于AA组,原粒+早幼粒细胞比例高于其他三组,并出现了多系统病态造血。AA患者骨髓小粒中非造血细胞比例明显高于其他三组。增生性贫血患者骨髓小粒中造血细胞与非造血细胞与正常人相似。结论:骨髓小粒的分析对MDS诊断及与AA、增生性贫血的鉴别诊断有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the significance of bone marrow granule in the differential diagnosis of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) and MDS and aplastic anemia (AA) and hyperplastic anemia. Methods: 20 cases of MDS, 20 cases of AA, 20 cases of proliferative anemia and 20 normal human bone marrow pellets were analyzed. Results: The hematopoietic cells in MDS bone marrow granule were significantly higher than those in AA group. The proportion of protoplasm + promyelocytic cells was higher than that in the other three groups, and multi-system morbid hematopoiesis occurred. The proportion of non-hematopoietic cells in AA patients with bone marrow granules was significantly higher than the other three groups. Hematopoietic cells and non-hematopoietic cells in bone marrow granulocytes of patients with proliferative anemia are similar to those of normal individuals. Conclusion: The analysis of bone marrow pellets is of great significance for the diagnosis of MDS and the differential diagnosis of AA and hyperplastic anemia.
