澳大利亚学者Worthley等发现,糖尿病合并ACS的患者血小板功能异常部分与NO的抗聚集作用受损有关,并建议所有的ACS患者均应使用胰岛素。作者入选了76例糖尿病合并ACS的患者,评估入院血糖水平(BSL)、NO供体硝普钠的血小板聚集抑制作用和超氧化物(O2-)之间假定存在的关系。高血糖患者(60例)被随机分为静脉使用胰岛素组和皮下使用胰岛素组,然后转换为上述的参数
Australian scholar Worthley found that diabetic patients with ACS and platelet dysfunction in part with the anti-agglutination of NO-related damage and recommended that all ACS patients should use insulin. The authors enrolled 76 patients with diabetes mellitus who had ACS and evaluated the relationship between presumed presence of blood glucose levels (BSL) at admission, inhibition of platelet aggregation by NO donor nitroprusside, and superoxide (O2-). Patients with hyperglycemia (60 patients) were randomly divided into intravenous insulin group and subcutaneous insulin group, and then converted to the above parameters
