随着我国医疗体制改革不断深入,其医院改革核心原则需严格公益性质与社会保障同时遵循,坚持以人为本的核心服务理念,明确政务区分,科学规范管理,加强现代化医疗流程,提升医疗服务水平。对此,在实施医疗改革后怎样强化调整医院内部的财务管理工作,确保医院自身经济效益与社会效益良好发展则成为医院管理者与医院财务工作者需要探讨的一个新问题,笔者结合自身工作经验试论医改方案实施后如何加强医院内部财务管理与控制提出一些建议。
