火花测试器是一种便携式测试装置(图1)。其放电间隙可在1~15毫米范围内变化。通过目视火花放电状况或根据放电声音来判断点火系次级(高压)回路中的故障所在。该测试器的显示板可同时指示出放电间隙和放电电压。放电间隙在5毫米以下时为红色区域,此时电压约为13000伏;放电间隙5~9毫米时为黄色区域;此时的放电电压为18000伏;放电间隙9~15毫米时为绿色区域,电压为18000~20000伏。高压接线柱的形状跟火花塞顶部接线
Spark tester is a portable test device (Figure 1). The discharge gap can vary from 1 to 15 mm. Determine the fault in the secondary (high-voltage) circuit of the ignition system by visualizing the spark discharge condition or by the discharge sound. The tester’s dashboard shows both the discharge gap and the discharge voltage.
